DotAsia Organisation has announced the launch of its .Asia Celebrity Pioneers Programme with praise, so they say, from creative industries. An early adopter is a film called CJ7, from the director of Kung Fu Hustle, which the New York Times describes, in part, as having “a demented appeal not limited to specialists or aficionados. Hectic and eclectic, the movie snatches tasty morsels of international pop culture, ranging from Looney Tunes to Sergio Leone to ‘Airplane!,’ and tosses them into a fast-moving blender.
