DotAsia has announced the “Go Live” of .asia, signifying anyone can now register .asia domain names. Up until now there have been Sunrise and Landrush periods, with over 500,000 applications for domain names being received and around 45,000 domain names receiving more than one application. These domain names will now go up for auction.
